Warranty Info

I would like to think that our products are perfect in every way.  However, since I do not personally make every rod, there are occasions when we have a quality related issue or a defective part used during the manufacturing. 

We will stand behind our rod quality...

• Every rod comes with a one year unconditional quality related guarantee for the rod blank

• Every rod comes with a lifetime repair warranty for the guides

·        Unfortunately, some unscrupulous folks try to submit a warranty claim for items that have been damaged by car doors, trunks, stepped on, etc.  We have even had some folks try and submit claims for other manufacturer's rods. 

If you have a warranty claim, please call me first at 815/382-1042 or email me.  I want to chat with you about the issue.  Depending on what the circumstances are, we may have some other options.

Generally you will need to send the rod back to us for examination.
